This time, the victim was 32-year-old Erin Piacenti of Chester, New Jersey.

Police say Piacenti was also stabbed in the abdomen.

According to authorities, the two attacks happened within roughly 20 seconds and appeared to be random and unprovoked.

Emergency responders rushed both victims to Bellevue Hospital.

Kam survived and was reported to be in stable condition.

Piacenti’s injuries were far more serious.

She was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Officers Found Cisneros Still Holding the Knives

Speaking in Spanish during an interview with Fox 5 New York, she expressed confusion about why officers ultimately used deadly force.

But the police account describes a confrontation involving an armed woman who had allegedly just stabbed two strangers.
