Chris Anne Affleck, Mother of Ben and Casey Affleck, Dies at 83 Following Pancreatic Cancer

Chris Anne Affleck, the mother of Academy Award-winning actors Ben Affleck and Casey Affleck, has died at the age of 83. According to an obituary published by her  family, she passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 2 after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in December 2025.

Doctors had reportedly estimated that she had approximately six months to live following her diagnosis. Rather than allowing the illness to define her final months, Chris remained focused on spending meaningful time with her family and continuing to support those she loved most.
